Late Arrivals – We kindly request that you arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in less treatment time unless our schedule can fully accommodate your service.
Cancellations – Please be aware that you must call 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment in order to avoid full charges. No show appointments incur the full fee of the scheduled service.
Forms of Payment – We can only accept cash, Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Checks are not an accepted form of payment.
Gratuity – We can only accept gratuity in cash.
Gift Certificates – You can purchase a gift certificate by calling the Susan Naturally Day Spa at 716.398.5250
Please note that we must respectfully turn away clients who are ill or show such signs at the time of their appointment. If you have a cold or flu-like symptoms, please call the Susan Naturally Day Spa to let us know so that you may reschedule. Because our estheticians work in such close proximity to the face, they are more prone to being exposed to illness from a client. We care about our clients’ and estheticians’ health and well-being, so we appreciate your understanding.
